Guarantee

Adherence to the UNIGLAS^® glazing guidelines forms the precondition for every use of a guarantee. It allows technically and structurally perfect glazing and is the necessary precondition for the retaining of the many different functions of the glass products and the prevention of damage. The glazing guidelines apply to UNIGLAS^® products that are intended for mounting in window frames and/or façade systems in surface structures.

The UNIGLAS^® members confirm, for the upgrading of the base glass into insulation glass, that the space between the panes will be free of condensate for the guaranteed period of 5 years. The precondition for this is adherence to the guidelines “Glazing with Multi-Pane Insulation Glass”.

The members of UNIGLAS^® have undertaken to support each other in the fulfilling of performance and delivery contracts in the case of emergencies, e.g. fire, theft, strike, and absences in the management of the company due to accident or illness.
By means of concrete measures, UNIGLAS^® will take all measures agreed with the companies – for the purpose of the guarantee - in order to meet the respectively agreed conditions and delivery deadlines.

Guarantee Fund
The members have set up a guarantee fund in UNIGLAS^®. This fund provides all customers of the UNIGLAS^® members with the guarantee that their recognised claims from the guarantee obligation of the member will also be fulfilled if the member is no longer capable of payment.
